FirstStone Capital · In development

FirstStone's best startups reach the table of the right investors.

Capital is the funding layer of the ecosystem. We're still building it and clearing it legally.

This is the vision, not a service available today. If you want to be among the first when it opens, leave us your details.

The three-layer funnel

Only projects with real traction would make it here

FirstStone walks with you at every stage, from a loose idea to raising a round. One account, one engine. Capital would be the final step, the one few reach.

What it will be · and what it won't

Clarity up front

A layer that touches investment demands saying plainly, with no fine print, what it is and isn't. Here's what we have in mind, and the line we won't cross.

What it will be

Curated deal flow to a network of funds and business angels.

What it is NOT

Not a fund of its own investing its own money.

What it will be

Matching based on real metrics, reusing the Accelerator's engine.

What it is NOT

Not, and never claims to be, a promise of funding.

What it will be

Assisted round prep: company memo, deck, and metrics already compiled.

What it is NOT

Not investment advice or a financial recommendation.

What it will be

Curation: few opportunities, well filtered.

What it is NOT

Guarantees no one an investment. Curating isn't soliciting.

How it would work

The mechanics we're designing

Everything below is deliberately written in the conditional: it's the plan, not a promise. We describe it so you know where we're headed.

01

The project matures inside the ecosystem

A founder goes through Incubator and Accelerator. By the time they get here, they already have a company memo, metrics, and a round ready, not a pitch scribbled on a napkin.

02

The same engine would score it on metrics

The idea is that the same matching engine already used by the Accelerator would score fit by stage, sector, and real traction. By the numbers, not by who the founder knows.

03

Only the best matches would be presented

Each investor in the network would receive curated, pre-qualified deal flow, not a mass list. The goal is for opening a profile to mean signal, not spam.

Two sides of the table

Who Capital would serve

For founders

If you prove traction, you wouldn't start from zero

  • You'd arrive with your round ready: memo, deck, and metrics already compiled in the ecosystem.
  • We'd connect you with a network of investors matched to your stage and sector, not a random list.
  • On real numbers, not on who you know.
Put my project on the radar

For investors

Curated deal flow, not a flooded inbox

  • Projects pre-qualified by real metrics, not by relationship.
  • Few, well-filtered opportunities: curation, not spam.
  • Dossiers already compiled: less friction to decide.

There won't be a pricing table here. Capital isn't bought: access comes by invitation once your project reaches the level and the layer is open. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
