FirstStone is the trade name under which SYRIUS CAPITAL LLC markets its software platform for entrepreneurs, bringing together the Incubator (AI-powered business idea validation), Accelerator (AI mentorship, investor network, and investor-facing pages) and Settr (AI-powered LinkedIn sales assistant) modules.

2. Purpose of the site

The purpose of the Site is to showcase FirstStone's services, allow the creation of user accounts and access to the Platform, and facilitate communication with SYRIUS CAPITAL LLC. The contracting and use of the services are governed by the Terms and Conditions of Use, which take precedence over this Legal Notice in all matters relating to the provision of the service.

3. Terms of access and use

Access to the Site is free of charge. Use of the Platform requires prior registration and express acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy.

Content that users generate or upload to the Platform is governed by the Terms and Conditions of Use (the user retains ownership).
